i cant reset my pw because i dont have my security key app anymore

and i cant get the app off my account

so what now?

i cant even get help from ea directly because im not a subscriber thats dumb

How to set up and Remove your Sec Key is found here.

If you have lost your Password and your Sec Key you have to Call CS, and they will help you.

If after following the steps provided by @Ahrngrim don't work then as they stated you will need to call Customer Service.  Phone supposed is available for anyone regardless of whether you are a subscriber or not.

See db woodynz post here with a link to numbers and how to use skype if you have it.

Using skype with that contact is a free call to the best of my knowledge, that number is only available as per the hours listed (Support available from 9.00 CT - 21.00 CT) so need to confirm time zone etc

Just to add to the options available , if your EA/Origin account is linked to the swtor account, changing the password on the EA/origin account will change the password on the swtor account (only if they are linked) , at which point once the password is sorted, you can follow the removal directions for the security key
