Re: crashing on 32bit OS

@CoronerVK

Updated Video driver for your system at this link

[For others this is only to be used for a 32bit OS NOT for a 64 bit OS]

Do you still have the below enabled ?

To enable
1.Right-click Command Prompt in the Accessories program group of the Start menu. Click Run as Administrator.
2.At the command prompt, enter "bcdedit /set IncreaseUserVa 3072" (minus the " ")
3.Push Enter key and Restart the computer.

To disable after testing the game if no affect
1.Right-click on Command Prompt in the Accessories program group of the Start menu. Click Run as Administrator.
2.At the command prompt, enter "bcdedit /deletevalue IncreaseUserVa"
3.Push Enter Key and Restart the computer.

Re: crashing on 32bit OS

@CoronerVK

This crashing on 32bit OS is being investigated at present

Update the video driver to the latest hotfix just to be sure its not contributing to your crashes - see this link you want 32bit Win 7 driver

However the bcdedit has stopped the crashing on all systems I have seen at present except your system for some reason.

example thread at this link

Re: crashing on 32bit OS

@CoronerVK

Also run a game repair as well just to be sure

Non-Streaming launcher - Log into the launcher but don't click Play. Check for small letters "ST" in the bottom left corner.
If this is NOT present, With the new launcher after login , select the username pulldown on the top right and select settings, then press repair.

Streaming launcher - If the letters "ST" is present, close the launcher, right mouse click on the game shortcut,
select open file location and delete the BitRaider folder. Then start the launcher

Re: crashing on 32bit OS

@CoronerVK

I suspect that the difference is you are currently running the streaming launcher ?

If this is the case switch to non streaming per this link (it is a new game download) and advise with that bcdedit in place the crashes have stopped

Re: crashing on 32bit OS

@CoronerVK

Welcome Mate

In the long an extra 4GB ram and switching to 64bit OS is a good solution too.

Least the crashes are gone for you too, unfortunately this current issue affects anyone with a 32 bit OS

May The Force Be With You
