character gone [star wars the old republic]

i had a free to play character level 60  [star wars the old republic] 

i play the whole game for level 1 to 60 then pay to get the next chapter got to level 65 the i unsubscribe  but still had access to the character  i have not  play for a few months 

i just log in and my character is gone 

i have look at my emails and it is the right accont

Did you check other servers to see if it's on another server?  I know they don't usually delete characters so if you are sure it's the right account that your logging into I would recommend calling customer service to see what happened to the character.

Using skype with that contact is a free call to the best of my knowledge, that number is only available as per the hours listed (Support available from 9.00 CT - 21.00 CT) so need to confirm time zone etc
