No they can't.

Just try again a few minutes later or get a Security Key, you won't get any one-time passwords anymore, but you have to have your smartphone around when logging in:

Google Play/Android

App Store/iOS

It asks me for the serial number. HOw to find it

When i login to SWTOR it asks me for one time password, but the email with the password never came. Can anybody help me with this issue

@projic_ante  please keep to the one thread on the same issue check your spam/junk folder too sometimes it took up to 15 mins for me to get the onetime password sent

i have waited for that one time password for an hour now but it didn't come. Do you have any knowledge on how to fix this issue. It also happens when i try to access my swtor account through browser. It says that it doesn't recognize my computer, which is ridiculous because i use the same computer since i started playing SWTOR

@projic_ante The serial sumber can be found on https://account.swtor.com/user/security-key if you haven't already attached a scurity key to your account.

If you have logged in to your account and visit this page here: https://account.swtor.com/user/security-key

You can then setup a new security key and you will get asked for the serial number. This will be what you get back after downloading the app and putting in the key provided at the link above. It will supply a number back that you can then use.
