Both of my characters are on the Republic Space Station...and for one of them, there are no floors so I keep falling to my death. The other, however, spawns on the shuttle and gets stuck there. What the * is wrong!? I'm getting pissed off...
That said odds are you may have logged out somewhere completely out of the box and your experiencing a falling through the world situation.
Unclear if it is possible to do in your current state, but if you click on the "?" icon in game you will be able to click on the "Character Stuck" icon in the top right which should fix your problem.
Actually, it doesn't. I can't do anything to fix it. The galaxy isn't loaded fully. I might try to delete the game, and re-install. Let's hope it works.
Seems rather extreme and unlikely to have the fix that you will wish for.
Are you able to log in to any of your toons?.. if so you can always open a ticket listing the names/levels of your toons that are stuck, also their current present locations.
Be less of a hassle this way to correct the problem.
*Don't forget doing a "repair" is less hassle and takes ALOT less time.
Did you make the mistake of logging out in a phased area or a location that you probably shouldn't ie: a friends Stronghold, which becomes invalid once your friend logs out?
Non-Streaming launcher - Log into the launcher but don't click Play. Check for small letters "ST" in the bottom left corner.
If this is NOT present, click the cog icon and then run the repair option. Streaming launcher - If the letters "ST" is present, close the launcher, right mouse click on the game shortcut,
select open file location and delete the BitRaider folder. Then start the launcher
