I just finished the smuggler's chapter 1. I gave Corso Torchy back, but he doesn't have it. Torchy isn't in my inventory, and I have no idea where to get it.

Submit a ingame ticket if a subscriber , if not a subscriber try an email to support@swtor.com
detail username and server and the character and feel free to link this thread
In the past CS has given torchy via ingame mail so hopefully they do the same for you.

I just got around to sending the email. I don't know if they can fix it, since it's been long. If they don't reply at all in a week, I will tell you.
They didn't reply at all.
I gather you arent a subscriber currently ?
Would of thought they would of responded one way or the other if they could help or not regardless.
Apart from sending the email again, their likely isnt much else can be done without subscribing and submitting a ticket.
I find it depends on who looks at the tickets depends a lot on the outcome.
