Been through all the hoops from swtor.com Launch repair, bitrader delets. Nothing seems to work. Hoping I can find some guidance here, Thanks for the help.

Have you tried removing bitraider completely?  If not that is what I would try as that is a bit raider error.  To fully remove it follow the below steps:

NOTE this is almost a complete download of the game again

right mouse click on game shortcut and select open file location

open the launcher.settings file in notepad and locate the below line and edit to the below

, "PatchingMode": "{ \"swtor\": \"SSN\" }"
, "bitraider_disable": true

SAVE the changes.
Delete the BitRaider, Movie and Asset folders then start the launcher.

I had tried the bitrader complete remove, it didn't work. 

I had just stumpled upon the launcher edit earlier and it worked like a charm. I wasn't too worried about complete reinstall as that is what I was doing in the first place. Unfortuanlly the game is crashing my computer randomly now so, on to the next issue
