guys when i press play the game takes me to 1st loading screen and here my pc freezes, the game 3-4 months ago when i last used it worked perfectly! I tryed reinstalling,repairing the installation and it won't work, it continues freezing my pc... can someone help me???

Edit the client_setting file per this guide link initially see if that soles the issue

i followed the instructions but it continues saiying "only a single istance of this application can run" what do I have to do now?

solved but it continues freezing now on desktop, it freezes als with assassin's creed revelations and the force unleashed so i think it can be my computer

Can you post a dxdiag per this link and see if anything appears that may help

You can try repair, option should appear along side uninstalling C++
its near 10pm here so I myself may not be back for a day

Try the latest driver version 382.53 (Italian) if you haven't already , failing that try rolling back to 378.92 (382.05 was a bad driver version for a lot of people)
The dxdiag is showing windows update failures but is likely not related to this issue. you can open a command prompt as administrator and run the following command
sfc /scannow
also there is crashing issue for some with creator , so right mouse click on the game shortcut and select properties then go to the compat tab and tick disable fullscreen optimizations.
Edit - as a unrelated to this issue, the dxdiag says your using a HD15 VGA cable , you should get a crisper image if you connect using a DVI-D cable to your Philips monitor.
