If it's been more then 24 hours then I would call customer service. Once they verify your account should be able to fix your subscription. You can use the below information to call customer service.

You can also contact them via Skype for free.

If you’re calling for support in English:
Set your country to the UK.

Great.
Im from Brazil, and i dont have credits for Skype (im not gonna put it too).
I just cant contact SWTOR support too, because im not a subscriber. Im new to the game, and liked it, but this support scares me, i think i got robbed.
Maybe i can get my money back?
Thanks!

Calling customer service is available regardless of whether your a subscriber or free to play. Unfortunately account or billing related inquiries are only handled via phone. Since you are from Brazil you Can use the following information to call customer service:
dial 00 + XX* [Removed by CM]
Do not dial the plus signs displayed here!
*for Brazil the exit code 00 must be followed by a carrier code XX which can be: 14 (Brasil Telecom), 15 (Telefonica), 21 (Embratel), 23 (Intelig), 31 (Telemar).
