Hi, EA!

As i can see in my "My swtor" topic in main swtor site shows me next billing date is 03/07/2017, one funy thing, I canceled subscription, don't want to pay anymore! Explain please!

The numbers in the link can be confusing it appears

for example UK number is actually just UK: +44 203 0141 826 if you try to include the (0) its not the right number, the(0) is only used when dialling within the UK 0203 0141 826

the other numbers in the link have the same sort of issue

You also need to confirm time zone as mentioned as the UK number is only available 15.00 GMT - 3.00 GMT

Unfortunately for security purposes account / billing related inquires cannot be assisted via the public forum.  If you have cancelled your subscription I would recommend you delete any credit card information as well or double check that the cancel went through.  If everything is correct but it appears that it may still charge then you would need to call Customer Service to verify the cancellation.  Once they have authenticated your account they should be able to further assist.

You can use the below information to call Customer Service.

USA: 1-(855)-345-2186 (Support available from 9.00 CT - 21.00 CT)
UK: +44 (0)203 0141 826 (Support available from 15.00 GMT - 3.00 GMT)
France: +33 (0) 4 81 68 10 51 (Support available from 11.00 CET - 20.00 CET)
Germany: + 49 (0)221 8282 9212 (Support available from 11.00 CET - 20.00 CET)

You may also use Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services like Skype, Viber, or Google Voice, to call Customer Service, regardless of where you are calling from.

Open the VOIP program or app of your choice, then:

If you’re calling for support in English:

Set your country to the UK.
Dial 0203 014 1826.

French:

Set your location to France.

I called whole day long, and no one answered, no mistake phone number is correct! 

EA officials, WTF! Big company and support is peace of S**T!

I deleted all CC and PayPal from your page, i stopped charges within PayPal, if there will any charges from your side, if you take any cent from me, i ll make sure you will pay me back twice!!

NEVER Buying any of your products again!
