SWTOR one time password email

Hi to all,

i have a problem, when i try to log-in in my account

i don't receive the email with one time password.

How can i do?

If it doesnt turn up in 24 hours , only thing to do is call CS as this cannnot be sorted on a forum

see db woodynz post here with a link to numbers and how to use skype if you have it.

Using skype with that contact is a free call to the best of my knowledge, that number is only available as per the hours listed (Support available from 9.00 CT - 21.00 CT) so need to confirm time zone etc

Also check junk, spam folders to see if it's there.  Check email settings to ensure those folders don't auto delete emails.  Add no-reply@bioware.swtor.com is on your email safe list and is not blocked.

Lastly see if it will let you send it to a different email such as Gmail.  If not then you would need to call customer service as proxos666 advised
