I reinstalled the application on the phone and can't delete the Security Key. I enter the Display Name and the Password correctly: "LOGIN FAILED". I tried to restore the password, but there again requires a Security Key.

The simplest solution in this case will be to call CS if you can
They can remove the security key and reset the password once you verify as the account holder
if it helps and you have skype, See db woodynz post here on how to use skype if you have it.
Using skype with that contact is a free call to the best of my knowledge, that number is only available as per the hours listed (Support available from 9.00 CT - 21.00 CT) so need to confirm time zone etc.

You need to remove the security key as you cant re-install and set the key back up if you did not save the key provided from www.swtor.com in the first place.
See this link to ensure you have the latest app on the phone, and you can follow the link to the directions that should remove the security key from the account.

I do not see any links except www.swtor.com. I enter the data correctly, without Security Key, but I do not see the "Forgot your Security Key?" Page. It may be that my Password is out of date, since I have not played for a long time?
P.S. Also I do not have a Serial Number.

Just to be 100% certain you cant see "Lost security key link" have you tried a different web browser or even try on your mobile phone browser if you have one.
after this calling will be the only option left i'm afraid.
