March 2017
For the past few weeks, my characters's skin textures have been exceedingly pixellated for some reason. I don't know if it's the game, the latest NVIDIA GeForce driver, or my monitor. Is anyone else having this issue? If so, is there a way to fix it?
I am using a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 and have my graphics set to "Very High". Also, I recently installed GeForce Game Ready Driver, Version 378.66

Here are pictures of someone else with the same problem:

covered most things already
If I come across any reason for this like if a game bug will let you know
Edit - I am keeping an eye out if anyone posts with a similar issue

Thank you, I'd like to get this fixed as soon as possible.
Oh and what did you mean by "covered most things already"?

That's a list of all the things I've tried. Surprisingly, nothing worked. It's odd that only skin textures are affected and nothing else.
