I have problem in Star wars the old republic 

I'm back after 2 months of break and I can not log in with a bad password (I decided to reset it and when trying to reset it pops up problem and nothing) I'm afraid because I can not log in because even though I have seciurity code I can not do anything Afraid of losing this account or Or pops up with my wrong security code and i have it in front of me in telefonei i do not understand Account name is: Krocia Please help as soon as possible
