well idk what happened but it's working now, im recieving them as normal... idk if all of you are geting them now or just me though

The problem lies with some mail providers, who delete certain automated mails unasked.
Try to change your mail, if your Origin or EA Account are Linked with your Swtor Account you should be able to switch the mail there an affect Swtor as well,
if not your best way is to give CS an call an then set up an Security App .

It is now not working again. It was working earlier and now it has stopped working again. Hopefully it gets fixed permanently soon.

Well I still have this problem... I would like to activate security key to avoid the OTP but to do that I have to log in on the site which requires, you guessed, an OTP to be sent...

Im having this problem but im not a subscriber so do I not get customer service. Because the website says that its reserved for subscribers.

ANyone can call support with account issues , If you have skype you can call for free , See db woodynz post here with a link to numbers and how to use skype if you have it.
Using skype with that contact is a free call to the best of my knowledge, that number is only available as per the hours listed (Support available from 9.00 CT - 21.00 CT) so need to confirm time zone etc
