Missing items that were previously purchased on the Cartel Market.

I normally play as a preferred status, occasionally I renew my subscription for a month or two then go back to preferred for a while. About a month ago I  I purchased  an unlock to hide the head slot, I made sure it was active for the whole account.  A few weeks later I renewed my subscription.   Now that my subscription has expired, the game is telling me  I need to purchase the head slot unlock again.  I checked my purchase history in my account and it still shows that I made the account wide purchase.

What can I do to resolve this?

If you had the item applied but was lost you would need to call customer service. Once they verify everything should be able to apply the unlock to your account. You can use the below information to call customer service:
