I normally play as a preferred status, occasionally I renew my subscription for a month or two then go back to preferred for a while. About a month ago I I purchased an unlock to hide the head slot, I made sure it was active for the whole account. A few weeks later I renewed my subscription. Now that my subscription has expired, the game is telling me I need to purchase the head slot unlock again. I checked my purchase history in my account and it still shows that I made the account wide purchase.
What can I do to resolve this?
