Lost the account (i didnt get banned i only dont know whats happen)

Hello.

I dont know if this is the place to try recover my account, but have years i dont play the game.

I'm trying connect with my e-mail and nothing working, saying its not exist, but i have on my e-mail all cartel coins i purchased, the Shadow of Revan expansion i purchased and everything to try find my account.

I dont know if i get hacked or what.

So wwhat i can do to recover my account, please someone can help me ?

Best chance to recover the account is to phone CS (Link to numbers) and see if they can locate the account by username etc

I can't call them, i live out from U.S.A and not got any number here on brazil.

And my english its not that good too, so i'm trying find another way.

Calling will be the only way if the recover displayname isn't working

See this thread link and mentions using skype to call with as an option, you can have someone else that can speak english make the call as long as you are present to provide required details to establish you are the account holder.
