Incorrect active character slot

Good day, As a preferred player I had 26 character slots unlocked and ive only made 25 characters, it says i already have 26 active characters so i cant make a new one even though I'm supposed to have 1 more character slot available and Ive' never used any of those level boost tokens. How can this be fixed? according to this link https://www.reddit.com/r/swtor/comments/1lyo1q/incorrect_active_character_slot/ i just need to contact costumer service  since they have the ability to re-deactivate all characters and reset the counter and my account name is ArchGeist, thank you in advance.

Detail the swtor username etc and the incorrect slot numbers
