Guys, in the end of last year my account was blocked, but i don't know why. 

I've received an email from support saying to made a scan and call them. But have a little problem ( a big one really) 

They sent me three numbers (france usa uk and germany) But im from brazil (what that freak) and now im bored and wanna my acc back.

any ideas or sugestions?

P.S. I was F2P but I make friends and they gave me itens so would be a lost create another acc.

Some things can only be resolved over the phone and this appears to be one of them if they have asked you to call.

VOIP phone would be best ,  or even use skype

UK number is likely best and is dialed as +44 203 0141 826 from outside the UK

The problem is I don't have money to pay the phone bills later  LoL

See if skype is an option for you 

as an example when i go to this https://secure.skype.com/en/calling-rates/united-kingdom?expo365=empty

it tells me it will cost me AUD 2.7 cents a minute to dial a UK landline from Australia using skype credit

That link should display local currency when you go to it.
