That would be an issue you 'may' be able to fix via calling the call center.

Or you can add +18553452186 to your contacts on Skype as this is how I do it from NZ.
*The team that handle the phones are really quick and helpful in these areas whole things should take you less then 5 minutes if you use Skype.

Your going to want to contact customer service to find out why your status still says preferred. That will be the best way to get the issue corrected and find out what happened.
