Game Launcher Fail

So I've played this game before but its been a few years, Though on my new pc it seems like it cant run it. I know it can because i can run all the mmo's that i have downlaoded on my pc, so this is the problem that occurs. i launch the client which works fine. downloads what it needs to down load. then after its all done i click play and the resolution goes all the way down on my pc settings and the game it self if there but its looks like a thin line on the corner of the screen. i tried to fix it but nothing seems to work, I really would love to play this game, i also paid for a subscription. so if i cant play this game i want my money back.

Launch the game and then press ALT + Enter keys (may need to press twice) see if that gets you out of trouble first

It worked :O, now is there a way to not keep doing the alt enter every time or no?

in game go into preferences and set resolution etc 

when you start the game next it should be fine, let me know if further issues
