It happened to one of my friends too. So he called the support to find out that he was connected to the wrong account.
The best way to make sure that you have the right information is to directly contact the support by phone.
For the phone number, it depends on which country you're calling from.

The text on the Contact Page is misleading, if you have account or Billing Problems you can Call them.
