Download stuck at 96.11% [ Edited ]

Ever since this morning at 10:00 AM CMT my download has refused to go past the 96% mark. I have tried restarting the launcher several times, and the repair button in settings won't let me use it, so is there any way I can fix this without restarting the download on the game?

*EDIT* After restarting the launcher a number of times, it moved to 96.37% 

*Edit* Spoke to soon, now its stuck at 97.77%.

Ensure there is an exception for launcher.exe in the antivirus and firewall

Then Try restarting the PC then right mouse click on the game shortcut and select open file location, delete the bitraider folder then start the launcher

If there wasn't an exception in the antivirus/firewall I would have never got to 97% let alone 1%. But thanks for the info, I just spammed restarted the launcher until it started moving again. If this happens again I'll do what you said.
