Hello,
Ever since the last patch I have this annoying issue which renders the game unplayable. I play a couple of minutes then I get a red dot, then my character freezes and then a red X and then I get booted out of the server. I usually have this problem when my laptop is overheating which now it isn't.
I play on The Progenitor.
A person on Reddit suggested I run a tracert which I did and here are the results:
I had the problem around 22:30 PM GMT + 3 (UTC +2) and I ran the test around 23:00 after looking around the Internet for a sollution. I can't make heads or tails of the result so can someone tell me what I can do to fix the problem? Thanks beforehand!

Unfortunately a tracert is only a moment in time and won't show what is going on. In order to determine the cause of the issue grab www.pingplotter.com and run this to the servers for at least 10 minutes when playing and see what it graphs , this graph can be saved as a JPG and uploaded here or Imgur and linked.
If you play on an East Coast server: 159.153.92.28
If you play on a West Coast server: 159.153.68.252
If you play on a European server: 159.153.72.252

If this is wireless , connect wired and confirm the issue still exists. offhand this appears to be an internal network issue
Hop 1 will be your router/modem what is concerning from the tracert is the * starting at hop 1 and travelling through
I gather your router/modem is 192.168.1.1 or similar
Set up a ping to the the router when playing
ping -t 192.168.1.1
Play in fullscreen(window) or window mode so you can observer if there are dropped packets also occuring too the modem when this occurs

Thank you for the input, I will try it tonight, hopefully will be able to find something that may help. Or the problem would go away by itself as it sometimes happens

Let me know how you get on
it can be handy to open 2 x command prompts and run a second ping to the ISP first hop in your case
ping -t 83.228.60.249
that way you can observe pings too the modem and across the link at the same time.

As it usually happens, today I had barely any problem with the game (got booted only once)... I ran the pingplotter the whole time and pinged the 2 addresses. I will monitor the next few days and will tell if the problem returned.
Thanks for the help!
