Connection Issues

I will be playing and suddenly my ping will skyrocket and then kick me out of the game saying connection to server has gone missing. This is the only game that does that and i have no clue what to do

Grab the free version of www.pingplotter.com and set it to the server when playing 

• If you play on an East Coast server: 159.153.92.28
• If you play on a West Coast server: 159.153.68.252
• If you play on a European server: 159.153.72.252

when this occurs stop the ping plot and save it as a jpg and insert the jpg in a post here , look for changes in the plot when the DC occurs.

This looks like a connection issue between the PC and the router/modem 

How are you connected ? if wireless try wired direct to the modem and see if that packetloss (PL%) disappears at hop 1

I'm wired so i dont know why its happening

Was the 2nd one done when playing as well when the issue occured , as you can see the plots are chalk and cheese , the 2nd has no packet loss and doesn't look that bad

Yes i was playing at it still happened

At this point not sure the 2nd plot doesn't suggest a network issue, is there a firewall on the router/modem at all ?

maybe trial with it disabled and see if any difference to what is occuring
