Dear Forum Users!
I sent an email to the swtor support about my character restoration problem (pref status- inactive characters, wrong characters was deleted).
In the answer they told me, i need to call the customer service. I called them, but they cant help, cus its an ingame problem, so they ask me to send an another email...
What do you think, what i do?

Thank you for contacting us to report the issue you encountered.
If you have a Preferred status or Free-to-Play account, please be aware that in-game support, including item and character restorations, is only available to subscribers."
So I wont get back my characters till im not a sub

I would send another e-mail. Explain that it's your second attempt at getting this resolved through e-mail and the customer support phone number was unable to help you. Hopefully you will get a helpful person to read your e-mail.

Have you sent in an in-game ticket. Normally when you need to restore a character the best way is to submit an in-game ticket on another character. Include the following:
1. Name of Character
2. Server
3. Approx Date / Time Deleted
4. Where the character was last at (fleet, ship, etc)
Generally a response or restoration can take 3 - 5 business days on average but may be longer. The more specific date / time you can be the faster it will be.

So, im prefferred,so i only can send an email to the support address.
In the email i wrote the following things:
Display name,
Server,
Delete date,
Character 1 and 2:
1 name, gender, class, lvl, location, race,
2 -||- same
And now im waiting

Hi, similar problem for me - i had to leave the game for about three years - recently came back and both my characters are unavailable - been trying to find an email address i can send the issue to , to get my characters restored - these are not beta characters - these characters went inactive after hutt cartel was released. Looking forward to the help and contact details. ingame support is teri bad

you could try the email support support @swtor.com (without the space) tbh i have no idea how long it would take them to reply to your email
or you could try proxos666 tip you ought to be able to call them free if you have Skype
