Hi, guys,
I need your help with my SWTOR game.
I can't start the game launcher.
Everytime I execute it, it closes immediatialy the application.
I've searched in google, I've tried to change "client_settings.ini" with D3DFullScreen and FullScreen = false, RefreshRate = 60 and the NativeHeight and NativeWidth with the screen size.
I've also tried to install LauncherRepairUtilityP1.8.2.exe, but still didn't work.
Since I can't open launcher, I can't submit any ticket thru the game. And in the web site, the only thing I find to contact support is by phone, which is not possible at all for me.
Can you please help me?

This laptop was not supported on WIn 10 by Acer , the Intel driver version you have also appears to be the Win7/8 driver
Microsoft do have a 3000 driver for win 10 in their catalog , also Intel official stance is that this video card is not supported under windows 10
The driver available from Microsoft is at this link yours is the Intel HD Graphics 3000, this is newer then you have and is version 9.17.10.4459
The latest drivers for the Nvidia 640M are at this link
Start with this and see if any affect

In the game folder is a log folder with launcher logs , can you attach the latest.
So just to be clear the launcher itself is not running so you do not get to login ?
What antivirus and firewall you are using is also useful

I should of asked for a dxdiag per this link as well
Main thing I want to have a look at is the video driver currently installed and the crash reports (if any) in the diag.
Have had a quick look at the launcher logs and unfortunately they dont provide any clue as to what is occurring apart from it is crashing
