Can't create legacy

Hello, I've encountered a problem after character transfer. I transferred to another server and decided to make a legacy. The problem is that the window for creating a legacy shows up but after type in the name and click create it just closes an doesn't do anything. This is a problem because I don't have access to any content connected with legacy. I made a ticket but didn't get any answers.

Is there a way to sort this out?

Either an in-game ticket or emailing support@swtor.com.

Unfortunately for this type of issue those would be the only two avenues to fix the issue.
