Can not run the game .

[ Edited ]

I have been playing again for the past month F2P , just levelling up all my characters to lvl70 before I sub again .

3 days ago I got the infamous C7 error , I could not fix it for 2 days and decided to re-install the game . Now every time I run the launcher , it starts patching as usual and I get a fatal error :

installation of drivers and support components requires administrative permission acknowledgement . Try invoking the installer again . Installer can not continue .

Which does not make any sense since I am running as an administrator , there are no other accounts on my PC .

What can I do ?

Try a fresh install of the AMD video driver , latest one is at this link

Have you right mouse clicked on the game shortcut , selected properties then go to the compatibility tab and tick run as administrator ?

C7 is usually video drivers on a system above minimum requirements

If persists post a dxdiag as well per this link

Noting your still on Win 10 build 14393 is there a reason staying on that ? 15063 was released in April.

Offhand there was some win 10 updates a while back that caused C7 with some AMD cards but havent seen that for a while now.

Now looking at the dxdiag it actually appears you do not have the physical room to install the game which now is about 35Gb

C drive has 2.5 GB free and D drive has 25.1GB this would also cause a C7 on the game install

Free space is not an issue , like I said , I had the game running perfectly 3 days ago , when I uninstall everything there is 54.7 gigs free in my C drive , it's showing less in the DX because I had started the launcher again to get the error message to type it out . When I check for updates for my windows in Settings I get this "Your device is up to date. Last checked: Today, ‏‎12:43 PM"

I have it set up to update automatically within work hours so that can't be the problem either .

Windows release information is at this link 14953 is a current branch for business

Having another look at the Dxdiag have you run a malware program at all to be sure nothing untoward , something like malwarebytes

There is crash information in the dxdiag on something normally associated used for both "pirating" Windows Activation and MS Office Activation, but can also be a Trojan.

Just to clarify the specific item I am referring to in the dxdiag is

Problem signature:

P1: AutoKMS.exe

Also for the Event Name: WindowsWcpOtherFailure3 in the dxdiag try the below to fix it.

Open Command Prompt, run as Administrator

type

fsutil resource setautoreset true c:\

Then to be sure type

sfc /scannow

OK , I don't know why but the game managed to pach all the way to the end and launch on he 7th attempt , I played it for a few hours , then shut down my PC , Next morning when I tried to launch it I get the C7 error again , I have selected run as administrator in compatibility but still get the error .

This is what I got when I ran the command prompt you said

Beginning system scan. This process will take some time.

Beginning verification phase of system scan.
Verification 100% complete.

Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.

Still get the error
