Bought Chiss Unlock on the Cartel Market. Coins removed, but no item. Error 16

I bought Chiss Unlock on the Cartel Market. My coins were removed, but I never received the unlock.

It is not in Unclaimed Items or Item Stash. I have a legacy. It is not unlocked when I go to character creation. It is visible in the web site "Legacy Unlock: Chiss -600 470"

What can I do? I am a F2P, but I spent money for this.

It was a full on glitch.

Late last night it was solved. /bug in the chat seems to have been the answer. Coins were refunded, an email was sent, and the unlock was repurchased with no issues.

Hey @Xanthina_Mae

Your best course of action is probably to reach out to the in-game team. Don't know if you've ever called SWTOR CS on other problems, but they send out an email to you after the call. I know you're f2p, but for things like refunds I believe that the in-game team can help if you send a message to the email address.
This is the place to write to: [edit: email address removed] (as per @Belgorad in this post), they should be able to help from there.

Edit: AHQ security seems to have blanked out the SWTOR email address on me. It's still visible on Belgorad's post, but it's support @ swtor .com - without the spaces in between each fragment, of course - for reference. Best of luck!

When you say item stash do you mean your inventory ? that is where the unlock should transfer too
