Survivors Game Video not credited

Anyone else having trouble getting credit for the Survivors game video (R$, tickets, reducing service time, etc.)?

Been bugging me all morning long. I am almost there with Gauntlet 12 anyways, so it's not a big deal, but somehow you still feel cheated.

Ticket submitted, let's see how long it takes FM to at least tell that they are very busy at the moment, and will get to me once they have dealt with the backlog.
