Hi!
There's no help from Firemonkeys support. I have a partial temporary solution for this.
In game's main screen go to Settings, log-off from Google & Facebook & Gamecenter, then go to Cloud and press Restore from cloud.
This should restore your profile but there might be a problems when you re-launch the game.

@blkbobknight46 Are you sure you're using the latest version of the game? You can check at the bottom left of the Game Settings screen. Today, the latest version is 4.1.6 for Android and 4.1.7 for iOS.
