New ban code 10086

Sorry, I didn't know that (some of) the codes were posted on their website. I had a look and found the following ...

10045: Suspended for Time Trial cheating.

10055: Suspended for currency cheating.

10076: Indefinite ban for repeat suspensions of breaches of Terms of Service.

10086: Indefinite ban for Terms of Service breaches.

All suspensions and bans are final.

Bans 10076 and 10086 seem to be the same thing.

Stating that all suspensions and bans are final seems rather draconian ... the implication being that even if FM or EA are in the wrong or at fault (e.g. the game code bug which "gifted" players R$ and Gold) they'll still ban you and won't accept they're at fault ... so much for what is now accepted as the norm  i.e.  innocent until proven guilty.

I'm still rather confused about the multiple-device ban. I play RR3 on my iPad-3 and my iPad Air-2 and I also restore it to my iPhone so that I have a backup just in case ... is this too many devices? Also, why would I want to play on the one account on more than one device at the same time ... surely I can't save multiple progresses as one save would overwrite the other? I'm very confused by all of these suspension/ban issues and think it only fair that (if they're going to be so draconian about it) FM/EA should properly explain the reasons for a suspension/ban.

I hasten to add, I haven't cheated/hacked the game in any way, my R$150million+ comes from 3 years of playing (too much) and I currently have about 300 Gold ... and there's still 8 Gold-only cars that I can't afford.

Whilst I'm talking about Gold ... I wanted to compete in the WTTT ... I was going to rent the (Gold-only) McLaren F1 GT but found out that the 80 Gold rental price isn't for the duration of the event but for just one day ... one day! That is ridiculous. The upgrades will take longer than that to apply. And what's the reward if I do well? I might win 50 Gold. Why would anybody (who isn't cheating) do this? Here's how they can find cheats ... it's a simple test ... anybody who pays 80 Gold to rent the McLaren F1 GT for one day has got to be cheating ... ban them! Or maybe refer them to a mental health specialist. It's just as stupid as somebody who would spend 200+ Gold to win the Gauntlet-4 challenge to win a car they could buy tomorrow for (free) R$s ... oh, hang on a minute, I did that!

FM has created all these BAN problems...IT IS TRUE...not to mention wrong...and they take it out on all of us honest players...they dgaf about any of us...and Especially EA since this is their forums and dont even come in and say hello or say anything to express any of these issues...all this is lawsuit worthy and theres grounds for it...dont matter what country theyre from...

I never even race in multy plaer but its blockig that I think every one effected should get their save ed progress bck and a reward cash gold and a new car exclusively for gamers effeted by this problem

Game got into crashing at start, waited, rebooted, did everything in the book; then uninstalled-reinstalled, and on connecting got flagged with 10086. Raised it to Support, got the usual Ack reply, then they closed the support ticket, posting that I must have cheated. Bing. Further requests were immediately closed. You're out, you cheater.

There's obviously a bug in there somewhere - I never did anything weird with the game, not even playing around with date and time settings. Since I never put any money into it, up to a point it's up to them to throw me out, but it's up to me to ban EA products from my life. Done. 

Good on example of a good base product with bad support giving an entire brand a bad image. I wonder if the car manufacturers they have deals with have any idea of the sort of support and perception they are projecting to potential customers. Whatever. I'm done.

I received this ban code today. WTF!!!!

I play on 2 devices, phone and tablet, with 1 account. They even tell you how to do it in their support.

No explanation no way to contact and complain.

EA you're a disgrace. I never spent any money on in game purchases. If i had you would be hearing from my lawyer!

Feel sorry for any honest folk who did spend money and we're screwed over in this way - or maybe they only ban people who don't spend money?

I didn't use that any illegal program I get through the stop without the reason why it was the Korean user enjoying 3 real racing, I appear on 2016.7.21 this days and if it will be quickly a solution Naezeu, Doelsu iteumyeon, the word will be all good.

Mi unisco dall'Italia. Sono un giocatore di Real Racing 3 di vecchia data, ogni giorno ho riservato al gioco almeno un'ora per mantenere alto il punteggio e assicurarmi le auto via via inserite dal team di sviluppo. Ho sbloccato tutte le auto adoperando una precisa strategia di premi attraverso eventi speciali e guardato una quantità spropositata di spot per raccogliere oro. Non ho mai fatto uso di trucchi, ho rispettato il regolamento sin dall'inizio. Ora mi trovo con l'account sospeso fino al 2017 e il codice 10086; quel che è peggio, ho perso il salvataggio cloud con tutti i progressi guadagnati con il sudore e l'impegno nel corso degli anni. Come fan e amante della serie, mi aspetto un chiarimento da parte dei responsabili di questa sospensione immotivata.

@FitzyC umm your not supposed to play on two devices except for the way they've mentioned. Most of the people haven't run through their step by step way and crib a lot.

Start following the rules, doesn't help to break them always. Also if you continously race the multiplayer in the ghost mode that's also a reason to get banned with 10086

Also haven't you'll read the terms and agreements you'll aren't supposed to diss anyone here, this is just meant for helping people encountering problems while playing the game and what troubleshooting they should follow. Actually sorry to say this but if you'll haven't read the E.A forums terms and agreements how would you'll actually be following the rules, yeah!!

Have exactly THE same thing, playing for months with 2 iPads (never at same time) 

but NOW banned for 1 Year without ANy feedback from support.

Would gladly remove iT from 1 iPad but support,is like talking to a brick wall

Sorry to hear about your ban. A year ban and then potentially having to wipe your data before you can play again is pretty much a death blow. I didn't have any luck but you've got nothing to lose by submitting a ticket and trying to find out why you were banned.

I did submit a few posts (about bans, cloud-save, race information, etc) on the Real Racing Facebook page but got no responses ... they respond to everybody's comments about how wonderful the game is but when somebody makes valid suggestions they're ignored!

My ban suggestions were that they create a support ticket and email the player telling them that they're about to be banned for X reason(s) and have N days to respond, failure to respond will result in a ban, if they're banned it is for N days after which they can play again without any loss of data EXCEPT for any gains made by cheating. This seems a lot fairer to me.

As for comments about this board not being for complaining etc ... I don't agree, this is a public board where people should be able to make any comments they like about any games published by EA ... EA should monitor these comments and, where necessary, respond and help out, though they hardly ever do!
