I am assuming you know how to set up a team name, motto etc... it's all in the guide. To build a team thereafter, I go to a time trial that I have done, and look for players who are not yet committed to a team. Select the button to the right of that player's name, and select 'invite to team'. Issue plenty of invitations, as only about 1 in 10 or even less, is likely to take up your offer. It takes patience to build a team, and discipline. I make it clear that if you don't play, you don't stay, and I regularly kick nonparticipating players from the team. It's surprising how many players are basically inactive. Best of luck....
