Have got a new tablet and app didn't transfer so downloaded new app buy can't access cloud info to date and have to start from start again, original tablet broken.

Did you ever save your facebook, or google plus data to the account? I got a new tablet and once I logged into my Facebook account, the cloud save was right there. Good Luck.
