Every time I exit game and enter game download starts all over again

Every time I exit game and enter game download starts all over again and I do not know how to fix this persisting problem...tried over wi fi and data for android...I checked the phone...reset the phone to factory setting...same problem...it also does not want to download to memory card after I set the settings to download to external sd card which have 30G available cause it just to big for Samsung J3 2016 internal memory...please advise very frustrated.

Also I would like to know how to get my gaming name displayed in the game
