Crashing on iPad

iPad is up to date (iOS 9) and the game says it needs iOS 7 or later to work. Yet the game keeps crashing (the game itself is up to date also). Help!

For IOS (10.3.2), iPad, the same problem.

It has become very difficult to launch the game, for a few days. The first two screens come correctly, but then the cinematic where a car arrives to us by zigzagging, jerky, freezes and the application leaves. It works a little better by disabling the network, but the solution is not perennial and the game crashes again if we reset the network. This prevents the updates and we lose the way to connect us in the days and keep the status "elite".

And my best player friend ahs the same issue.

Could you solve this  ?

I have deleted the app and downloaded iT again. At the restart of the download all earned resultes where gone . I started the game A New. When i was playing the first race i got the message " you have all ready Some resultes " or something. Download or not. After choose download the previous earned resultes where download . So everithing oké.
