Ability to view/download/backup history

I have had recent issues where cars and associated upgrades have disappeared.

Although EA/Firemonkey support was brilliant solving the issues, it would be great if we could download and/or view the status of our cars and purchases, to help resolve issues quicker with less effort by support and us.
