server issues...I keep getting put in with the same group or no group

I've left gardens and graveyards to find a better group with more people in it and I just keep getting put in with the same few people. Also I've tried switching to other game modes like welcome mat and battle of suberbia and I'm alone "waiting for players." It's getting ridiculous because the one group just goes up from behind and camps the spawn point and I can't move. There have been so many issues with this game it isn't funny and really making me feel like not playing in ever or exchanging it at the store.
