plants vs zombies unreadable disc

Just purchased the game a few days ago. I was able to play fine until the new update. Now for some odd reason I'm not able to play garden ops without getting a disc error message. I've tried erasing & downloading again, still not working. Any suggestions?

What version of the game is it? Digital download or Disc?

Xbox 360 or Xbox One?

Have you tried clearing the cache?

I have Xbox 360, disc version & yes I've tried clearing cache. I can play everything else fine, it just doesn't let me play garden ops or graveyard mode. Sometimes it'll let me start but about half way into the game I get an unreadable disc message.
