I bought "Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare", paid it 4 days ago and it' still saying "pending payment"

I have a receipt to prove I bought it. Is there a way for me to prove it to you guys?

I have same problem as you. I paid twice, first time it told me failure to pay but fined me 1.3dollar and I try again also failure to pay and fined me 1.3 dollar . I am very angrymileysad:
