no puedo jugar pvz garden warfare

yo soy nivel 52 ycuando entro al juego me aparece nivel 1 ademas ya casi tenia todos los personajes y desaparecieron tambien desaparecieron todas las personalizaciones  y no me deja entrar a ningun modo de juego .
