When i tried to join in the match, it said " you have lost the connection to the game session"

I assume you're trying to join a Garden Ops game.

Garden Ops is peer hosted, so you're connecting directly to another player. Unfortunately losing connection to that player and the host leaving will both give the same message, so it's kind of hard to tell which scenario is happening for you.

We have the same problem - not on Garden Ops but on the multiplayer games such as Team Vanquish etc, we've been playing for well over a year without too many problems so we know that all of the hardware has happily worked previously on many occasions, we did get a message saying that EA was having some issues their end but has anyone else had this over the last 2-3 days (since 22nd Aug 2015) - thanks for all sensible non-rageing comments! Yes it is an Xbox 1
