We purchase Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare, a 250G Internal Hard Drive, and we have an Xbox Gold Account. When start up the game we can not Download the Legends of the Lawn to start playing the game. I don't understand and I need help. Why can't we just play the game without all these updates? 

My Xbox updates work just fine but connecting to yur server to download LOTL will not work. 

HELP PLEASE!!

You need all updates because it is an online multiplayer game. Everyone needs the same content in order to play together

Also if you are having trouble downloading try rebooting the console or do a power cycle then update. After and update you must reboot again
