can't find my cheetos packages on xbox360

i just reedem the code, and cant find the cheetos characters, only the crazy pack

Are you sure you requested the correct pack on the cheetospvz.com website?

The website gives two options, Character pack (Top) and Crazy Pack (bottom).

The name of that download "Chester Cheetah Craazy Sticker Pack" seems you redeemed a Crazy sticker pack only, not the characters.  As it probably should have said Chester Cheetah Character pack, or something along those lines if it was supposed to be a character pack.
