with the last DLC of Plants.vs.Zombies GW I can't connect with the servers and I cant retrieve saved data and  I cant play on Xbox One.mileysad: help me I want play

Do you have Xbox Live Gold? Have you tried clearing Cache?

Yes I have Xbox live gold and I Deleted the game and reinstall  but hasn't worked

Power cycle your console. Here’s how:

On the console, press and hold the Xbox button until the light behind it turns off (about 5 seconds), which means the console is off.

After the console has shut down, unplug the power cord and wait 30 seconds.

Plug the console back in and turn it on using the Xbox button. Power cycling will reset the network card and clear the cache.

with the last DLC I was the same problem an I send a mail and replied that it was an error of his connexion he had already fixed it and it worked but now happening to me again
