age restrictions

We can't log in to the EA account because it says we're not old enough.  I'm trying to set it up for my second son using my birthday so age shouldn't be an issue.  My older son who's 13 already has an account and it opened fine for him.  Why won't it open for me?

Age seems to be an Origin error. You could try contacting Customer Support: help.ea.com
