Xbox one - PvZ - Keep getting error that I need to sign into Xbox Live account

I've confirmed in my subscriptions that I have both my Xbox Gold Live account active and my EA Access account active. 

I've tried turning the system off and unplugging it for a while and then plugging it back in, but for some reason it keeps refusing to let me play multiplayer or access the sticker shop. 

Please help.
