Xbox Live Sign in

Just got game. Keeps telling me I'm not signed into Xbox live. Yet my gamer tag is showing in left hand corner. Both my Xbox live and my EA accounts are linked. Any suggestions? EA tech supports seems to think its the disc and wants to send me a new one!

Same problem.. thought it was the disc, but i got a new one and the same issue.. I Have the required storage, the gold membership and my xbox live to EA account..  Am I missing something?

Xbox One or 360?  Have you cleared cache?

Xbox One instructions

Power cycle your console. Here’s how:

On the console, press and hold the Xbox button until the light behind it turns off (about 5 seconds), which means the console is off.

After the console has shut down, unplug the power cord and wait 30 seconds.

Plug the console back in and turn it on using the Xbox button. Power cycling will reset the network card and clear the cache.
