Will Xbox one Chat Ever be fixed?

After taking several months off to do other things while waiting for a fix. It still has not happened. X1 game chat still does not work properly, despite a promise of a fix.

Seriously, WTF is going on? Chat will work for the 1st game I join if that. After that it collapses in various ways. Been that way since release day,

Is A fix ever coming, Or were we simply lied to?
